C. Jakarta PTSP Office Serves 120 Permits

On the first day of operation after Eid holiday, the Central Jakarta Mayor office's PTSP has completed 273 services. Most types of services are for the administration of population and civil registration (dukcapil).

The most submissions are trade business permit (SIUP)/registration certificate (TDP)

Central Jakarta PTSP Office Head, Sri Ratu Mulyanti stated, the first day service based on the queue until 1 PM, there are 120 proposals for permit submission and 153 other services are for dukcapil. This amount is still less than the normal day that is able to reach more than 300 services.

"The most submissions are trade business permit (SIUP)/registration certificate (TDP). We can serve more than 40 services. And the rest are for consultation and file submission," she stated, Thursday (6/21).

According to him, the decline in direct services at PTSP outlets may also be a new innovation since two months ago related to the submission of SIUP/TDP that can be served via online by email through printing.

In the meantime, Melani (38), one of Sawah Besar residents admitted, he starts to propose her SIUP today due to Eid holiday.

"I just had to renew my SIUP at once want to make a new one, as yesterday had a long holiday. Surely the process is fast," she stated.
